Statistics reveal that young people have the highest ratio of all death recorded all over the world
In the mortuaries, cemeteries, homes, and local graves, etc, young people register the highest number.
If you take stock of all the people that have been dying in your family, locality, etc, you’ll discover that young people are far more than old in number.
It is a paradox that while many young people are desiring and fighting hard to live long, they are still the ones dying in an alarming proportion. Even their parents and families’ desires and efforts to protect or save their lives will mostly prove abortive. The worst of it is the fact that their death is always painful, yet they keep passing away helplessly, and the pains/trauma caused by their deaths mostly remains incurable in the family. Dying at sixty (60) may not be godly for some. You may be facing such a situation in your family or around where you are and may be worried about who will die next, whether you or others. That is one of the reasons this article was written, therefore don’t joke with it.
* WHY ARE THE YOUNG PEOPLE DYING?
There are many reasons for this.
Some are clear and seen. While some are mysterious/spiritual.
There are seven (7) basic reasons amongst many others which Jesus himself used in answering the young rich man’s questions on what he should do to both live long and eternally- may be to keep enjoying his wealth.
This also gives answers to the above questions and is found in the book of (Mark 10:17-24) Vs17-“… And when He was gone forth into the way, there came one rushing and kneeled to Him, and asked Him, Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?” ( Or live long and live forever and not die).
Vs19- Thou Knowest the commandment (Jesus said)-
1. DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY ( OR IMMORALITY IN A GENERAL TERM):
The two forms of adultery or immorality are:
a. The one did in connection with God. Isaiah says in (Isaiah 54:5) “For thy maker is thine husband, the Lord of the host is His name, and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of the whole earth shall he be called”.
The God who created you says He’s your husband.
– To choose other gods or powers is to prostitute your love for your Maker, and that is Adultery and idolatry. It opens you and your generation up to the gates of hell for Death and all sorts of evils. This is why many people and families are dying young. The idolatrous foundation is the breeding ground for death manifestation.
b. Adultery/immorality in connection with humans and other creatures.
1 Corin. 6:18 says “Flee fornication ( or any form of immorality- homosexuality, lesbianism, masturbation, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, bestiality, incest, transvestism, etc. ), every sin that a man doeth is without his body, but he that committed fornication sinneth against his own body” (which is God’s temple).
-Every act of immorality opens the drum beats of death which can
come through sickness or other unexpected, unwanted incidents.
This is why many young people die before their time- by their
immoral acts or that of their parent, in the past or present.
2. DO NOT KILL: Blood is life. Blood will always call for blood (i.e. vengeance). Abel’s blood was crying and calling for the blood of his brother Cain, who killed him. Gen9:5-6 “And surely the blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of the beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man. Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man, shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made He man”.
Understand that when you kill somebody, you make yourself and your family guilty of blood, and whatever power you gather, or promise made to you by any satanic strongman or group, you will not escape the day of your visitation, except you run to Jesus and genuinely repent.
3. DO NOT STEAL: Stealing is like killing. You may still be someone’s hope or last hope, or future, or means of survival. It is equal to stealing the person’s life, if not his family. (Zech 5:3-4)- says “Then said he unto me, this is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: for everyone that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and everyone that sweareth shall be cut off on this side according to i. And I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain amid his house and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof”.
Whether armed robbery, pen robbery, business robbery, etc. it is the same thing. You must repent or regret with your family.
4. DO NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS: False witness against someone is also like putting the person to death. Because of this, some people have been put out of their jobs, properties, husbands, houses, etc. Some have lost their reputation because of this. Some others have been killed by false witnesses in royal families, kingdoms, and armed forces, some condemned or sentenced to prison, etc.
Those involved in such wickedness do not know they have brought curses of affliction and untimely death to their families and generations. Mk. 14:55-58 “And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put Him to death, and found none… For many bare false witnesses against Him….”
The Bible says “Thou shalt not raise a false report, but not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness” (Exo. 23:1).
5. DEFRAUD NOT: It means to trick a person, organization, government, etc,
to get money from them; but hear what God says “Woe to him that
coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on
high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil. Thou hast consulted
shame to thy house by cutting off many people, and hast sinned against thy
soul. For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the
timber shall answer it” (Hab.2:9-11).
– This is another reason for bad incidents and untimely deaths in families
which money cannot solve.
6. HONOR THY FATHER AND MOTHER (WHICH INCLUDE ELDERS): Eph. 6:1-3 puts it
in clearer terms: “Children obey your parents in the Lord; For this is
right. Honour thy Father and Mother; which is the first commandment with
promise, that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the
Earth”.
– This is a general problem virtually everywhere even in Christian
Ministry.
– This also explains why many people have their lives, ministries,
marriages, education, business, efforts, etc. cut short because of the lack
parental blessings and coverage.
– You can’t change or rewrite the Word of God. You must only go back to do
it is the right way for you and your children to live long and be blessed.
In verse 20, the “man answered and said unto Jesus, Master, all these have
I observed (or kept) from my youth”.
– This means the man was already very close to heaven, but Jesus beholding
him in verse 21 loved him, and gave him the last shot that makes up the
seventh.
7. ONE THING THOU LACKEST, GO THY WAY, SELL WHATSOEVER THOU HAST, AND GIVE
TO THE POOR, AND THOU SHALT HAVE TREASURE IN HEAVEN AND COME TAKE UP THE
CROSS AND FOLLOW ME.
Vs 22- “And he was sad at that saying and went away grieved: for he had
great possessions”.
Vs 23- “And Jesus… Said…. How hardly shall they that have riches enter
into the Kingdom of God”.
Vs 24- “…But Jesus answereth again… Children, how hard is it for them
that trust in riches to enter into the Kingdom of God”.
Notice that Jesus did not say the rich will not enter heaven, but He said
it will be hard for them because many trust in their riches rather than God.
– A man who trusts in riches can do anything, become anything at any moment. They are always unpredictable in attitude. Many die young because of riches.
