The topic of this article is a question which says should a believer announce and celebrate his birthday???

As for me, I don’t see any wrong with a Christian announcing and celebrating his/her birthday. Even the birth of Christ is celebrated so why shouldn’t we celebrate ours??

A birthday is a special day in one’s life which marks the day the person was born.

As Christians we are supposed to join our brethren to celebrate, if child dedication and marriage are celebrated then why shouldn’t we celebrate birthdays?

If you say we should stop celebrating birthdays then we should also stop celebrating child dedication and marriage too.

The only thing I don’t support is when you celebrate it wrongly example: by drinking alcohol, smoking, dressing half naked, playing and listening to worldly music E.T.C

When you celebrate that way then you are fooling yourself to be a Christian.

You can celebrate your birthday by sharing the bible with friends, giving food to your brethren, sharing and exchanging gifts, and many more.

Above all never exclude Christ in whatever you do thank you!!
