DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A CHRISTIAN AND A BELIEVER

I’m not surprised that many mistake BELIEVERS FOR CHRISTIANS AND CHRISTIANS FOR BELIEVERS.
Well, In case you don’t know, there are differences between a Christian and a Believer, but many are ignorant of the differences. And we will be updating you on those differences.
But, Before then I will like us to know the definition of Christians and believers.
The Oxford Advance Learners Dictionary Sixth Edition defines Believers as a person who believes in the existence or truth of something, especially somebody who believes in a God or religious faith.
While a Christian is someone who possesses the lifestyle and nature of Christ Jesus.

Without much talking let’s go through the differences between a Christian and a Believer.
1. A Christian possesses the lifestyle of Christ Jesus while a believer only believes in Jesus and refuses to possess His Lifestyle.
2. A Christian goes to church to serve and worship God While a believer goes to church when he likes.
3. A Christian prays always While a believer prays when he has problems.
4. A Christian takes Jesus as A Lord and Saviour while a believer takes Jesus as A Saviour and not a Lord.
5. A Christian believes in the Word of God and practices it while a believer only believes and refuses to practice.
6. A Christian gives to God in all circumstances While a believer gives when favorable.
7. A Christian keeps all the commandments of God while a believer chooses the commandment to Keep.
8. A Christian hears the Word of God and practices it while a believer chooses what to practice.
Note: Tho believers acknowledge there is God but they don’t keep His commandment and do His will.
